NightMARE, get it?

I've spend 3 or 4 hours on this and I still feel that there's more to be done. But I don't know what else to do. Any advice?

I like it a lot, I like the composition and the red-eyed horse is great, maybe not what appear in my nightmares but it works. As someone else said the "nightmare" on the head isn't necesary. I'd apply a red filter on top of the girl and the hand to make those stand out more. Good job ^^

I think the text "nightmare" on her eye-bandage isn't really necessary. The picture itself conveys the message quite well already, you only repeating what the title says. But it's only my humble opinion :). In all, it's really an interesting picture. I like how you combine all those symbolic images in the background (I especially like the red-eyed horse  ), they really emphasize the foreground image.

keep it up

Thank you for your thoughtful comment

Wow... I really like this. The bloody bandage makes it seem almost as though it's a metaphor for the loss of sight of hope... when one is in a nightmare... just my interpretation.

Well, I think art should inspire different interpretations from different people, and yours is as good as any ;)

i like it, it fits with the horor theme!

This looks like a DVD cover for a bulk pack of horror movies, like a marathon. If that's not what you were going for, I'd suggest figuring out how to merge the stock better. At the moment, each element looks segregated from one another.
